Chuck Renfroe - Email

Chuck Renfroe founded advertiseATLANTA.com in 1998 as an affordable alternative to traditional advertising agencies for small to mid-sized local companies. Since that time, Renfroe has assisted hundreds of business owners and marketing directors with effective marketing solutions that produce results.

A former sales manager for 10 years, Renfroe specializes in producing the tools and strategies to make a sales force more effective with the appropriate advertising and collateral support. Marketing strategies are designed to "make the phone ring" rather than impress colleagues. His experience has produced a wealth of resources and contacts in the industry which Renfroe assimilates as necessary into effective solutions for clients which include identity & collateral design, printing, direct mail, telemarketing, media advertising & PR, and web marketing.

Renfroe is a native of Texas and a graduate of Baylor University. He enjoys travel and recently completed a cross-country RV tour with his family. Renfroe resides in Vinings.

David Tribble Product Packaging & Displays

David Tribble utilizes his 15 years of experience in the corrugated packaging industry to provide clients with effective packaging design & manufacturing, and POP solutions. A native of Birmingham and graduate of Auburn University, Tribble worked with the leading packaging companies in the Southeast prior to forming his own company Point Packaging in 1994. His specialty is creating innovative yet practical packaging solutions for retail, industrial and food products.

In 2001, Tribble formed a joint venture with Renfroe to form VIZPOINT providing bold and creative point-of-purchase displays. The new company has worked with many local manufacturers as well as nationwide campaigns for Motorola, Books-A-Million and Mohawk Carpets.

Tribble is an avid outdoorsman and world-class sporting clays shooter. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and three daughters

Jay Rowland

Market Research & Strategic Planning

Jay Rowland leverages his 12 years of experience as a marketing executive and financial analyst to put businesses on a more clearly defined path to growth and profitability. Insightful research and planning provide a solid base on which the rest of the team at advertiseAtlanta.com build their creative solutions.

Former employers include The Athlete’s Foot Group and DiversiTech, recently named to the Top 100 Private Companies List by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Rowland possesses a unique ability to boil down complex situations and ambiguous issues into meaningful information that aids in decision-making. He has worked in a variety of industries on a wide range of projects.

Rowland’s academic background includes a BS in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Emory University. An Atlanta native, he now resides in the Alpharetta area with his wife and baby boy.

Bonnie Collins - Email
Graphic Designer

Graduating from the University of Tennessee in '91, majoring in Advertising, Bonnie has over 10 years of advertising/design experience. She has worked for several corporations including National Vision Associates and Philips Consumer Electronics before branching out independently as a freelancer. She worked for Philips for 5 years and helped implement the global "high design process", a process for designing high-end design deliverables efficiently and economically while maintaining creative integrity. At Philips she worked primarily on branding strategies, packaging and print design.

Bonnie has been freelancing for approx. 5 years. As a freelancer she has focused on web and print design as well as branding and corporate identity. She has helped many companies implement successful branding strategies, which include logo, identity, collateral and web design

John Nicholson - Email
Web Site Designer

Beginning with a career in the retail art market, John gained valuable skills while working with all aspects of advertising media including newspaper, direct mail and magazine ads. Now with the Internet being a major player in corporate advertising, he is able to utilize these learned skills. Since 1996 he has been active in the development and marketing of web sites on the Internet.

John resides in Vinings, GA and is an active member of his church, Mt. Paran Church of God.

Julie Chalpan - Email
Public Relations Specialist

With more than 17 years of experience in public relations and marketing, Julie Chalpan has worked with clients in a variety of industries. Her areas of expertise are in media relations, writing and special events. Prior to forming her own company, Julie served as public relations manager at Prudential HealthCare, serving the public relations and media relations needs of seven cities in four states. She worked on national, as well as local, programs and events. Before that she served in public relations at (formerly named) Holiday Inn Worldwide, responsible for national media activities.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations from The University of Georgia. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and served as co-chairperson of the publicity committee for the Georgia Chapter in 1999. Julie is a former member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. She is on the administrative council for her church and serves on the communications and education
committees.
